Ingredients:
Cake powder 10 kg
Egg 4 kg
Water 2 kg
Oil 4 kg
Cake-Making Method:
Mix the above ingredients with a mixer first for 1 minute at a slow speed and then for 3 minutes at a medium speed; pour the dough into cake pans and place them on the baking trays, then bake them at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
