Separator oil

Separating oil is an emulsion of non-hydrogenated vegetable oils without trans fatty acids.

Description

Using Method:

Spray 1 to 2 grams of the cake release into the pan or use another method to do so before pouring the dough into the pan.

Advantages:

Making easy to get the cake out of the pan

Reducing the cake waste and getting better color

Having cake with a level and flat bottom and not producing unpleasant smell

Reducing percentage of oil absorption
